Mr.Raja Rajeshwaran.S, appearing on behalf of Mr. Vairawan A.S, Advocate-on-record that vakalatnama has already been filed on behalf of respondent Nos.3, 4.2, 4.3, 5, 6, 6.2, 6.3, 6.7 and 8 on 11.11.2024. Registry to verify and update the records.

It has further been submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 3,5, 7 and 8 has already been filed on 15.12.2021. Registry to verify and update the records.

As per office report, service is complete on respondent No.2. Ld. counsel for respondent No.2 has submitted that respondent No.2 has expired and has drawn the attention of this Court to order dated 25.4.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. It has been observed by the Hon'ble Court in the above-mentioned order that respondent Nos.9 to 11 (who are legal representatives of deceased respondent No.2) are being represented by the Ld. counsel and have also filed their response to the petitioner.

Four weeks' time is granted to Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take appropriate steps. However, the same has been waived vide Hon'ble Judge in Chambers' order dated 25.4.2024.
