UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Counter affidavit has already been filed in respect of Respondent Nos. 1.1 to 1.5.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to respondent No. 3 and 4.2 to file counter affidavit.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that Ld. Counsel fo Respondent No. 4.2 has provided the death certificate of respondent No.4.1. Let the submission be taken on record. Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to Ld. Counsel for petitioner to take appropriate steps with regard to deceased Respondent No. 4.1.

Service is complete on notice of alternative arrangement with regard to respondent Nos.5, 7 and 8 but none has entered appearance.

Service of notice is complete on remaining respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

It has been submitted by Ld. Counsel for petitioner that it has come to his knowledge that Respondent No. 6.1 has also expired. Let appropriate steps be taken within a period of four weeks.
