UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. The present petition for special leave to appeal was filed in the year 2010. More than a decade passed by, the matter is still in the incomplete category despite counsel for petitioners having been granted various opportunities.

**2. As per the Office Report dated 05th April 2023, service of show cause notice is complete on all the respondents except for the deceased respondents no. 1(ii), 4, 10, 12(ii), 12(v) and 13. 3. Despite final opportunity being granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioners in respect of the deceased respondents no. 1(ii), 4, 10, 12(ii), 12(v) and 13 and to furnish fresh particulars for alternative arrangement in respect of respondents no. 1(viii), 9 &2(i)(a-f), nothing has been done.

4. In view of the above, the present petition for special leave to appeal stands abated in respect of aforesaid respondents.

5. Cause title be amended accordingly.

6. List before the appropriate Bench thereafter.
