The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court(In Chamber) on 18.7.2014 with office report on default dated 11.04.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:-

" As a last opportunity, the petitioner is granted four weeks' time to cure the defects pointed out by the Registry in the office report dated 11.4.2014."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 10.11.2014 cured the defects in the application for substitution of deceased petitioner no. 1, respondent nos.1-3, 5,8 and 12 alongwith condonation of delay in filing IA for substitution and setting aside abatement in respect of deceased Respondent Nos. 1-3, 5, 8 and 12 but he has cured the defects after expiry of time granted by the Hon'ble Court on 18.07.2014. Time granted by Hon'ble Court has expired on 15.08.2014. There is a delay of 56 days. No application for condonation of delay has been filed.

The matter above mentioned is, therefore, again listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chambers) with this office report for directions.
