UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The application for bringing the LRs of deceased petitioner No.1 is lying under defects. Defects are not cured by the petitioner. Despite the order dated 2.1.2011 proper application for bringing on record the LRs of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, 5 and 8 has not been filed. Cost of Rs.500/- has not also been paid.

Learned counsel for the petitioner will comply with the office report within a period of four weeks on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to be paid to the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee. The cost be paid within two weeks failing which the matter be dismissed for non-prosecution.
