The matters above-mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 15th November, 2016, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to pass the followin order:-

"Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on all the respondents within two weeks time in all the matters. Dasti in addition is allowed. Notices accordingly be issued. List again on 11.1.2017."

It is submitted that in view of the above quoted order, show cause notice was issued to all the common seven respondents in the matters above mentioned on 30th November, 2016 by registered post as well as by way of Dasti Service. Neither AD Card nor unserved registered cover has been received back from any of the respondent and Counsel for the Petitioner has also not filed affidavit of Dasti service till date. As per track report show cause notices have been served on all the seven respondents in each matter above mentioned but no one has entered appearnace on their behalf so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
