It is also submitted that Mr. Rauf Rahim, Counsel for the appellant in CA NO. 5665 of 2015 has filed an application for change of name of appellant but same is defective as annexure B filed alongwith application is in small font and in hazy print and Counsel has not cured its default so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the parties in all the matters have not filed statement of case and in terms of Order XIX Rule 32(2) Supreme Court Rules, 2013, and its proviso, where a party does not file statement of case within the time prescribed, it shall be presumed that the party do not desire to file statement of cases and they have adopted list of dates/synopsis as statement of case.
It is lastly submitted that Mr. B. Balaji, Advocate has filed common counter affidavit in all the matters on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 5.
