It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 414 days in filing the SLP against the judgment and order dated 21.12.2012 in CWP No. 20753 of 2010 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and the SLP filed against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2014 in R.A. No. 47 of 2014 of the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh is within time.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) No. 19784 of 2013 involving similar question of law was listed on 28.10.2013, when the Court was pleased to dismiss the same alongwith connected matters. The Copy of order dated 28.10.2013 is enclosed herewith.

SLP(C) CC No. 9033 of 2014

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is delay of 401 days in filing the SLP against the judgment and order dated 21.12.2012 in CWP No. 19642 of 2009 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh and the SLP filed against the judgment and order dated 04.04.2014 in R.A. No. 40 of

2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh is within time.

It is further submitted that SLP(C) CC No. 9033 of 2014 is tagged with the instant matter as both matter are arising out of common judgment.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
