It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 46 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.12.2015 of the High Court of Bombay in Writ Petition No. 8280 of 2015.

It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) Nos. 7685 of 2016, 11588 of 2016, 1506515069 of 2016 (@ SLP (C) ..CC Nos. 87408744 of 2016) and 1515815163 of 2016 (@ SLP (C) ..CC Nos. 93309335 of 2016) arising out of common order were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 14.03.2016, 02.05.2016, 11.05.2016 and 13.05.2016 when the Court was pleased to direct issue notice and the same are pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the orders dated 14.03.2016, 02.05.2016, 11.05.2016 and 13.05.2016 are enclosed herewith).

PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) ..CC NOS. 97439747 OF 2016

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there is a delay of 42 days in filing the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 23.12.2015 of the High Court of Bombay in Writ Petition No. 1467 of 2011 and the Special Leave Petition filed against the Judgment and Order dated 07.04.2016 of the High Court of Bombay in Writ Petition No. 1466 of 2011 is within time.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioners has on 13.05.2016 filed a letter stating therein that order dated 27.06.2013 and 01.08.2013 are already filed in the main matter bearing SLP (Civil) No. 7685 of 2016 and therefore the said orders are not necessary/record for hearing for the present Special Leave Petition (Copy of the Advocate's letter dated 13.05.2016 is included in the paperbooks at page No. 219).

It is lastly submitted that the instant matter has been tagged with Special Leave Petition (C) ..CC No. 9655 of 2016 as both are arising out of similar issue.
