UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard in part.
Put up for further hearing on 07.05.2018 at 2.00 P.M.
The Sessions Judge, Kathua shall not proceed with the trial till then.
Interim order dated 16.04.2018 pertaining to protection shall continue till then.
In the meantime, learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve a copy of the petition on the learned counsel who are representing some of the accused persons. As far as other accused persons are concerned, let notice be served through the District Judge, Kathua. For the said purpose, copy of the petition be served on Mr.M.Shoeb Alam, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Jammu & Kashmir, who shall see to it that the notice is handed over to the District Judge, Kathua, who in his turn, shall apprise the accused persons about the pendency of this case, so that they can have their say in the case.
