The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 05.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"The learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the respondent No. 5 within a period of three weeks'. He shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Filing of the spare copies of the petition shall be dispensed with. The respondent Nos. 3, 4, 6 and 7 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks. List again on 19.1.2015."

It is submitted that as directed above, fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 5 was issued on 12.11.2014 by registered AD on fresh address supplying by counsel for the petitioner. Unserved AD cover has been received from Respondent No. 5 with postal remarks "refused to accept". Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have not filed Counter Affidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 4, 6 and 7 so far though served.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar with this Office Report.
