The matter above mentioned was listed before the Court of Ld. Registrar on 19.08.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Ld. counsel for the respondent No. 2 seeks and is given four weeks time as last chance to file the counter affidavit.

Await the return of the service of notice already issued to the respondent Nos. 1, 3, 4, 6 & 7. The office report indicates that the unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the respondent No. 5 with the postal remarks "Addressee left". Ld. counsel for the petitioner is directed to file the fresh particulars of the said respondent within a period of three weeks. He shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. List again on 03.11.2014."

It is submitted that as directed above, counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 has not filed Counter Affidavit so far. Mr. Shubhangi Tuli, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 but she has not filed counter Affidavit so far. AD cards duly signed have been received from Respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 6 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. A.D. card from Respondent No. 7 singed by "Prabha Gupta" instead of "Sanyogita Chadha" has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Fresh show cause notice to Respondent No. 5 on fresh address supplied by counsel for the petitioner was issued on 01.09.2014 by registered A.D. Unserved cover has been received from Respondent No. 5.

Service is not complete.
