The learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the respondent No.5 within a period of three weeks'. He shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to him within the same period. Filing of the spare copies of the petition shall be dispensed with.

The respondent Nos. 3,4, 6 and 7 shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.
