It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.16167/2016 Entitled GURNAM SINGH SIDHU vs UNION TERRITORY, CHANDIGARH arising out of relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 11.07.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. The said SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 11.07.2016 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that SLP (C) No.2290322910/2016 @ CC No. 1382213829/2016 Entitled UNION TERRITORY, CHANDIGARH vs RAHUL INDER SINGH AND ORS. ETC. ETC. arising out of relied upon Judgment was dismissed on 29.07.2016 by Hon'ble Court (Copy of order dated 29.07.2016 is enclosed herewith). (Main Matter SC 22894/2016).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
