The Interim Order granted on 12.5.2010 shall be applied for the Students of 2004-2005 batch also subject to one modification that each one of them shall furnish additional bank guarantee for Rs. one lakh in favour of the Petitioner-College which shall be cancelled/encashed as per the directions in the final decision of

this case.
