The Office Report is that although by Order dated 19.8.2014 of this Court two weeks time as last chance was given to the learned counsel for the petitioner for filing the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the respondent No.1 in SLP(C) 18993/2010 and respondent No.6 in SLP(C) Nos. 13977-13980/2010, yet he has not done the needful so far. Therefore, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter.
