The matter above mentioned alongwith application for condonation of delay in re-filing Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Ankur Prakash, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgment and Order dated 2nd April, 2015 of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh in Application No.7127/2015.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 70 days in re-filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in re-filing the same.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 24th August, 2015 filed Annexure dated 15th October, 2014 in view of his undertaking given vide letter dated 6th August, 2015. Copy of the same is circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The application above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers with this office report.
