UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This special leave petition has been preferred against the interim order directing that no coercive steps be taken against respondent no. 2 in connection with FIR being Case Crime No. 2/2014 winder Sections 504, 506, 448, 419, 420, 468, 471 IPC. In the fact $\begin{bmatrix} 20.23 & 15 \ 20.23 & 15 \end{bmatrix}$ and circumstance of the present case, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. The special leave petition is,
accordingly, dismissed.
Since the matter is pending before the High Court for quite some time, we request the High Court to take up the matter at an early date and dispose of the same expeditiously as early as possible.
