UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The office report is that the Ld.counsel for the respondent No.2 has already filed the vakalatnama which is defective. Ld.counsel shall within a period of four weeks rectify the defects, whatever have been found in the said vakalatnama, whereafter no further extension shall be allowed.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No.1 The counter affidavit. $\overset{\text{Bajal}}{a}$ List the matter again on 25.04.2016.
