Mr. Shiv Kumar Suri, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1 to 3. He seeks and is given six weeks time to file the vakalatnama. The Learned counsel has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him so far. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for respondent within a weeks' time and file proof. The Ld. Counsel shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks, thereafter. Respondent Nos. 10 and 11 shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated above.
