"Issue notice.

In the meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order dated 14.03.2014 only to the extent that Mr. Santosh Satish Bodake and Mr. Narendra Shantaram Dhavale have been allowed to intervene in the proceedings before the High Court, is stayed.

We make it clear that we have not otherwise stayed the proceedings before the High Court. "

And lastly,the matters abovementioned were listed before the Court of Ld.

Registrar on 12th April, 2016 when the following Order was passed:

"The respondent Nos.1-3 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.4-13, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Mr. Satish Vig, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent No.14. He has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama and does not intend to file the counter affidavit. Hence, List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after verifying the vakalatnama by the respondent No.14. "

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 16545 OF 2014

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are twentythree respondents in the instant matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 14 are represented by M/s. Shiv Kumar Suri and Satish Vig, Advocates, respectively but they have not filed counteraffidavit so far. A. D. cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 4 to 13, 15 to 20 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Respondent Nos. 21 to 23 are common respondent Nos. 11 to 13 in connected SLP (C) No. 16298 of 2014 and have been served with the notice.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL (CIVIL) NO. 16298 OF 2014

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are fourteen respondents in the instant matter. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 10 & 11 are represented by M/s. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari and Shiv Kumar Suri, Advocates, respectively but they have not filed counteraffidavit so far. No one has entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 4 to 9, 12 and 13 though served with the notice.
