Mr. Satish Viq, Ld.counsel undertakes to appear for the respondent No.14. He has stated that he has already filed the vakalatnama and does not intend to file the counter affidavit. Hence, List the matter before the Hon'ble Court as per rules after tally signed by the vakalatnama by the respondent No.14.
