We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is quite clear from the reading of the proceedings before the High Court as well as the impugned judgment

Petition(s) for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No(s).16545/2014
(Arising out of impugned final judgment and order dated 14-03-2014 in CA No. 684/2013 in SA No. 803/2001 passed by the High Court of Bombay)
and order that the applicants before the High Court, i.e., Santosh Satish Bodake and Narendra Shantaram Dhavale, are complete strangers to the Second Appeal. Therefore, they are not entitled to even intervene in the matter. Accordingly, the judgment and order passed by the High Court permitting their intervention and presence is set aside.
The special leave petition is disposed of.
However, we make it clear that if the applicants, i.e., Santosh Satish Bodake and Narendra Shantaram Dhavale, have any right against the legal representatives of Respondent No.2, it will be open for them to agitate their right depending upon the decision in the Second Appeal.
