UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite due service on respondent nos.2 and 3, there is no appearance.
Four weeks' time as a last chance, is granted to respondent nos.1, 4 to 6, 7.3, 8, 9, 11 and 12 to file counter affidavit.
Service is not complete in respect of respondent no.7.2. However, Mr. Pranav Sachdeva, Ld. Counsel seeks for time to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.7.2. Four weeks' time is granted for the said purpose.
Ld. Counsel for respondent nos.8, 9, 11 and 12 submits that respondent no.10 has passed away. Two weeks' time is granted to Ld.Counsel to take necessary steps in this regard.
