UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Despite due service on respondent nos.1 to 5, 9, 10, 12 and 13, there is no appearance.

Service is not complete on respondent no.6. However, Ms. Akriti, Ld. Advocate appearing for Mr. Pranav Sachdeva, Ld. AOR submits that vakalatnama has been filed on behalf of respondent The reverse of 1 and 4 to 7 and requests that she would be taking instructions TEC. Tespect of respondent no.7 as the said respondent is deceased.

Two weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for the petitioner, to take fresh steps and file fresh particulars, to issue notice to respondent no.8, 11 and 14.

Four weeks time, is granted to Ld. counsel for petitioner to file application for substitution in respect of deceased respondent no.7.

List again on 11.01.2024.
