It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 27.04.2015 stating therein that the exhibits are not necessary to be filed for consideration of the questions of law raised in the Special Leave Petition because all relevant documents have been filed with the Special leave Petition. It is further submittecd that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for permission to bring the Legal representatives of the deceased petitioner No. 4 on record with application for condonation of delay of 789 days and the same are included in the SLP paper books at page Nos. 7584.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 07/05/2015 filed an additional documents along with application for permission to file additional documents and exemption from filing official translation and same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
