It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are three respondents in the instant matter. A. D. card duly signed has been received from respondent No. 3 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far.

It is further submitted that for nonfiling of affidavit of dasti service upon respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Court of Registrar on various dates and lastly listed before the Court of Registrar on 23rd September, 2016 when the following Order was passed:

"Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, Ld. Advocate has appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 1. He seeks and is given two weeks time to file the vakalatnama and four weeks time to file the counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners has failed to file dasti proof in respect of respondent No. 2 despite opportunities. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter. "

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service upon respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far. However, Mr. Seshatalpa Sai Bandaru, Advocate who appeared on behalf of respondent No. 1 on 23.09.2016 before the Court of Ld. Registrar has also not filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit so far.

The office report for directions in the matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for orders.
