UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

Counter affidavit has already been filed on behalf of respondent no. 4.

Four weeks time, is granted to respondent nos. 1, 3 and 5 to file counter affidavit.

Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 6 to 10. However, Mr. Kunal Chatterji, AOR submits that he has already filed vakalatnama on behalf of said respondent. If so filed, four weeks time, is granted to Ld. Counsel to file counter affidvit.

After the expiry of said period, matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court as per rules.
