UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent nos.2 and 3 have failed to file counter affidavit, within the time stipulated under the rules. Hence, further opportunity to file the same stands declined.

Respondent nos.1 and 11 are duly represented. However, Mr. C. Raghavendren, Ld. Counsel appearing for Mr. M. A. Chinnasamy, Ld. Submits that there is change in counsel of respondent no.1 and TO AGA TO A TO A TO A TO A TO A TO A TO respondents. One week time, as a last chance is granted to file the

same.

Ld. counsel for petitioner has failed to take fresh steps and furnish fresh particulars, for effecting service upon respondent nos.5, 6, 13 and 16, despite last opportunity granted.

Service is complete on remaining respondents, but none has entered appearance.

If vakalatnama is filed on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 11,list again on 10.09.2024.

If not filed, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.
