Heard learned senior counsel/counsel appearing for the petitioner and the State.
Considering the materials on record and specific stand of the State that the petitioner is not cooperating with the investigation and absconding for 1½ years, we do not think this is a fit case for grant of pre-arrest bail. The petitioner may surrender and apply for regular bail before concerned Court.
The Special Leave Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed.
Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
