UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following ORDER

Ld. counsel for the petitioner submits that two applications being 50196/2021 and 19259/2021 were filed on their behalf, however, the same appear not to have been processed as yet. Registry shall look into the issue and take necessary steps as per rules.

Ld counsel for respondent no.2 requests that a copy of the Civil Appeal be served upon them as the same has not been served. Ld. counsel for the appellant shall serve a copy of the Image May 11 Appeal upon the ld. counsel for respondent no.2 within a $\n\frac{\text{anwal}}{\text{anph}}\n$ face willek and file the proof of such service within a week

thereafter.

Upon due service of the Civil Appeal, respondent no.2 shall have four weeks to file their counter affidavit in the matter.

Within the same period, respondent no.1 shall also file counter affidavit in terms of Hon'ble Court's order dt.23.11.2021.
