IA Nos. 47067/2023, 47034/2023, 47060/2023 and 47081/2023

1. These applications have been moved by learned counsel for the petitioners praying inter alia for deletion of name of proforma respondents in SLP (C) Nos. 18784/2022, 17355/22, 17085/2022 and 20400/2022 from the array of parties.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1-State submits that he has no objection on the application being allowed.

3. For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed.

The said proforma respondents are permitted to be deleted from the array of parties at the risk and cost of the petitioners.

4. Cause title be amended accordingly.

5. As per the office report, respondent no.5 remained unserved in SLP (C) No. 18780-18796/2022. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he shall be taking fresh steps of furnishing the particulars of respondent no.5, if granted two weeks time.

6. Last opportunity of two weeks is granted to the petitioners to take steps in that regard.

7. List after service is complete.
