UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 23rd October, 2017, the Bank of Baroda, respondent No.4, which is the lead Bank in the Joint Lenders Forum has filed an affidavit dated 18th November, 2017 enclosing the decision of the Joint Lenders Forum which is not in favour of sanctioning any further credit facility to the petitioner.

In view of the above decision taken by the Joint Lenders Forum the present Special Leave Petition is dismissed.
