UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him so far. The learned counsel for petitioners is directed to provide the copies of the pleadings to the learned counsel for the said respondent within a period of one week and file proof. The respondent shall file the Counter Affidavit within a period of four weeks' thereafter. The other served respondents shall also be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Fresh steps for the service of notice to the unserved respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the

petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti, in addition, is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the petitioners within the period stipulated above.
