Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to pay the deficit court fee within a period of two weeks.

Learned counsel for the appellants has filed an application (IA No.44654/2021) for bringing on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant No.1, which is accompanied by application (IA No.44656/2021) for condonation of delay of 2504 days.

Issue notice, returnable in four weeks.

A statement has been made in the Court by Ms. S. Harini, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants, that deceased respondent No.2 (Laxmi Lal) in C.A No. 4295/2018 and respondent No.2. (Laxmi Prasad) in C.A. No.4296/2018 was one and the same and his legal heirs (Mr. Pankaj Kumar and Sanjay Kumar) are already on record and the same may also be taken on record in the present appeal.

As per record, service on the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 2, i.e., R.No.2(i) Mr. Pankaj Kumar and respondent No.2(ii) Mr. Sanjay Kumar in C.A. No.4295/2018 is complete, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf before this Court.

Learned counsel for the appellants is directed to take steps to serve them again within a period of two weeks.
