UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 represented through the ld. Counsel, are granted four weeks' time as final chance for filing counter affidavit. Respondent No.3 has already filed counter affidavit on record. It would not be out of place to mention here that the ld. Counsel for the petitioner has on 2.1.2013 filed an application for deletion of respondent Nos. 1 and 2. However, now he has on 8.1.2013 filed application for withdrawal of application for deletion. In view of due and proper representation through the ld. Counsel,application for deletion has thus become infructuous.
