Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the teachers who do not come within the Statute 158(b) shall not be entitled to vote. Needless to say, if the elections held, the same shall be subject to the final outcome of the special leave petitions.
Let the matter be listed in the last week of October, 2017, for final disposal.
