It is submitted that Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has on 29th July, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 and 2 so far.

SLP(C) No. 12275 of 2014

It is submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from the sole respondent so far.

SLP (C)No. 17215 of 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from all the three respondents but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far. Service of notice is complete.

SLP(C) NOS.18585 of 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 1 but no one has Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent No. 1 so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 2 so far.

SLP(C) NO.18590 OF 2014

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued on 28th May, 2015 to both the respondents by Regd. A.D. Post. Mr. M.T. George, Advocate has on 29th July, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent No. 2 but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 1 so far.

SLP(C) NO.18592 OF 2014

It is submitted that neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice have been received back from both the respondents so far.

SLP(C) NO.18595 OF 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent No. 1 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondent so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 2 so far.

SLP(C) NO.19776 OF 2014

It is submitted that counsel for the sole respondent has not filed counter affidavit so far.

SLP(C) NO. 20042 OF 2014

It is submitted that A.D. Card duly signed and stamped has been received back from the sole respondent but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of sole respondent so far.

SLP(C) NO.22916 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 71 respondents in this matter. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 2, 5, 6, 7, 11, 13, 15 to 19, 21 to 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 38, 39, 42, 45, 49, 50, 51, 53, 54 to 57, 60, 66 and 71 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of said respondents so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14, 20, 25, 26, 29, 30, 33, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 52, 58, 59, 61 to 65, 67, 68, 69 and 70 so far.

SLP(C) NO.24966 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 37 respondents in this matter. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 6 to 9, 12 to 25, 27, 29, 31 and 33 to 37 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far.

It is further submitted that as per the order of Ld. Registrar dated 12th May, 2015 dasti notice was handed over to the counsel for the petitioner for effecting service on the unserved respondent Nos. 5, 10, 11, 30 and 32. The counsel for the petitioner has on 28th July, 2015 filed affidavit of service alongwith proof of service in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 10, 11, 30 and 32 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of the said respondents so far.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any appropriate steps in respect of deceased respondent Nos. 26 and 28 so far.

SLP(C) NO. 12277 OF 2014

It is submitted that there are 19 respondents in this matter. A.D. Cards duly signed have been received back from respondent Nos. 7 and 14 but no one has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of said respondents so far. Neither A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent No. 17 so far. Service of notice is incomplete in respect of respondent No. 17. Service of notice is complete in

respect of remaining respondents.

The Office Report is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court for orders.
