UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) NOS. 17215,18585, 18590, 18592, 20042, 22333, 22916, 12275 of 2014 Petitioner has still to take fresh steps to effect service on respective number of respondents. -3- Item No.77 SLP(C) NO.12274, 12275, 12277 of 2014 Counter affidavit by the respondents have not been filed. Though time is requested but it was already the last opportunity. Time stipulated for the purpose has already expired. Further opportunity is declined. Service of respondent Nos. 1 to 5, 8 to 10, 12,13,15,16,18,19 in SLP(C) NO.12277/2014 is complete but none has entered appearance. Service is complete in respect of both respondents in

SLP(C) NO.17213 and 17222 OF 2014 but none has entered appearance. The ld. Counsel, Mr P George Giri has entered appearance on behalf of the sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.14422/2014 and for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in SLP(C) NO.14421/2014. Vakalatnama and counter affidavit be filed within the respective stipulated time. Sole respondent in SLP(C) NO.10162/2014 and three respondents in SLP(C) NO.10164/2014 have also failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity. Further opportunity is therefore declined. Ld. counsel for the petitioner has requested two days time to take fresh steps to effect service on the unserved respondents in all the petitions. Request accepted.
