It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. Subhasish Bhowmick, Advocate on 18.4.2016 against the Judgment and Order dated 22.1.2016 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No. 938/2010.

It is further submitted that initially SLP filed against the Order dated 22.1.2016 was within time but there was a delay of 55 days in refiling the SLP. Counsel had filed an application for condonation of delay in refiling the SLP and the same has been condoned by Additional Registrar IB on 12.7.2016.

It is further submitted that notice in SLP (C) No.1454860 Entitled Jagdish and Ors. Etc. Etc. Versus State of Haryana and Ors. Etc. arising out of common order was directed on 1.7.2016 by the Hon'ble Court. SLP is pending after notice (Copy of order dated 1.7.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
