The Transfer Petition above mentioned has been filed by Mr. S. K. Sabharwal, Advocate praying for transfer of Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 4880 of 2015 titled " M/S Dharampal Premchand Ltd Vs. Union Of India & Ors." pending before the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Allahabad to this Hon'ble Court.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the T.C (C) No. 1 of 2011 (main T.C. 20 of 2010) arising out of similar Issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.08.2011 and is pending. Copy of the Court Order dated 03.08.2011 is enclosed herewith for kind persual of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the T.P. (C) No. 1099-1104 of 2008 arising out of similar Issue was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 23.04.2010 when the same were allowed and records have been received from High Court and same have been registered as T.C. (C) Nos. 22 to 24 of 2010 and are pending. Copies of the Court's Order dt. 23.04.2010 has been annexed as Annexure P-4 at page Nos. 34-36 with the Transfer Petition.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
