After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, we direct transfer of Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 4880 of 2015, titled as "M*/s.Dharampal Premchand Limited vs. Union of India***" pending in the High Court of Allahabad, to this Court.**

Transfer Case No. 1 of 2011 arising out of similar issue is pending in this Court. We make it clear that hearing of that transfer case shall go on and the transferred case shall be tagged with the aforesaid matter only when the records are received.

The Transfer Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
