UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following
ORDER
SLP(C) No. 15419/2021
Signature Net Verified Despite due service, none appears on behalf of respondent nos. $25$ 4 to 7, 10 to 15, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25 to 27, 29 to 31, 33 and 34. However, Ms. Firdouse Outb Wani, AOR has appeared on behalf of above said respondents. She seeks and is granted four weeks time to

file the vakalatnama. She further submits that she will adopt the counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 1 for above said respondents.
Four weeks time, as a last chance, is granted to learned counsel for petitioner, to file affidavit along with proof of service of notice, already issued to respondent nos. 3, 8, 9, 16, 17, 20, 22, 24, 28 and 32.
In case the same is filed, List again on 05.08.2022.
In case the same is not filed, process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.
