The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 08.04.2015 when the court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The office report indicates that the respondent Nos. 1-3 have already filed the counter affidavit. The respondent Nos. 4 & 5 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent Nos. 6 & 7 shall be taken by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court, the particulars of which shall be furnished by the Ld. Counsel for the petitioners within the period provided above. List again on 29.07.2015"

It is submitted that counsel for the respondent No. 4 & 5 has not filed counter affidavit so far. In view of order quoted above notice was issued by registered AD as well as dasti and also through trial court. Neither AD cards nor unserved covers have been received back on behalf of respondent No. 6 & 7 so far. Counsel for the petitioner has also not filed affidavit of dasti service so far. However, service report from District and Sessions Court, Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan has been received stating therein respondent Nos. 6 & 7 have been duly served but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far.

Service is complete.
