UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

Heard the learned Senior counsel - Mr. Yatin Oza and learned 1. Advocate-on-Record Mr. Purvish Jitendra Malkan for the petitioners at length.

$2.$ Since the Court had come down heavily because of the observations made in the impugned order passed by the High Court of warat at Ahmedabad, and also because of the manner in which the Special Leave Petition was filed before this Court noticing many serious lapses and incorrect averments made in the petition as well as noticing the distorted versions of the documents annexed to the petition, the Court was about to dictate the order dismissing the Special Leave Petition with heavy cost giving detailed reasons, however, at the request of the learned Senior counsel – Mr. Oza, the reasons are not recorded and the following order is passed:-

The Special Leave Petition is dismissed with costs of Rs.2,00,000/- to be deposited by the petitioners with the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee within a period of two weeks from today and file proof thereof.

3. Pending applications also stand disposed of.

4. Office to submit report in case of non-compliance of the order by the petitioners.
