UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

1. At the outset, the Court pointed out number of glaring lapses/mistakes in filing the documents as well as in the contents of the synopsis and Memorandum of the Special Leave Petition which the Court had found quite serious in nature. The learned Senior counsel - Mr. Yatin Oza appearing with the learned Advocate-onnature Not Verified Good Mr. Purvish Jitendra Malkan have apologized and assured the <sup>19.50, $\alpha$ </sup>urt to file a fresh affidavit as also to place on record the correct copies of the documents and also to deposit the costs as directed by the High Court, and also the cost as may be directed by this Court.

2. The Court has also noticed some lapses on the part of the Registry, for which the concerned Officers were called and they have also apologized for their mistakes.

3. At this juncture, without stretching the matter any further, the learned AOR Mr. Malkan for the petitioners is permitted to file additional affidavit and the documents to be relied upon, as prayed for.

4. List on 26-4-2024 high on board.
