" The respondent Nos.17 and 913 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner has failed to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice issued to the respondent No.8 despite order dated 09.09.2015 of this Court. Therefore, list the matter before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further directions.Await orders and list thereafter."

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 2.5.2016 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" As per the office report dated 19.4.2016, learned Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent no. 8.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the affidavit with proof of dasti service in respect of respondent no. 8 has been filed on 30.4.3016. Office to verify the same."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 30.4.2016 filed affidavit with proof of dasti service of notice in respect of respondent no. 8 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf so far. There are 13 respondents in the matter. Mr. Balbir Singh Gupta, counsel for respondent Nos. 17 and 913 has not filed counter affidavit so far.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter is therefore listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
