This application for bringing the legal representative of the deceased Respondent No. 6 on record has been filed with delay of 3553 days.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Respondent No. 6 was one of the petitioners before the Tribunal and no steps were taken for substitution.

In these circumstances, the delay in filing application for substitution is condoned. Abatement, if

any, is set aside. Application for substitution is allowed. Amended cause title be filed within seven days. The Registry to act accordingly.
