The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 16.02.2016, when the following order was passed:

" Three weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld.counsel for the petitioner to file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the unserved respondents. List the matter again on 06.04.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 19 (Common in both the matters) has already filed counter affidavit. A.D. duly signed has been received back from Respondent No. 10. But no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice to unserved respondents has been issued by Regd. A.D. Post and dasti through concerned Trial Courts on 13.10.2015. Respondent Nos. 7 and 17 have been served through Trial Courts. As per Trial Court report Respondent No. 12 could not be served as he has retired from service long ago. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18. Regarding these unserved respondents, counsel for the petitioner has on 24.02.2016 filed affidavit in respect of dasti through

Trial Courts enclosing therewith only counterfoils of the Speed Posts sent to the respondents and acknowledgements of letters sent to concerned Trial Courts. But no service reports have been received from the Trial Courts so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on Respondent Nos. 3, 5, 12, 15 and 18.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
