" Four weeks time, as last chance is given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply with the terms of the order dated 26.03.2015 of this Court. List again on 23.09.2015."

It is submitted that Mr. Anil Kumar Tandale, Advocate for respondent nos. 1, 2, 4, 6 , 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 16 and 19 (Common in both the matters) has already filed counter affidavit. A.D. Card duly signed has been received back from respondent nos. 10. But no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has on 04.09.2015 filed spare copies of SLP and particulars/address of concerned Trial Courts. The same are barred by time. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued to unserved respondents.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on respondent nos. 3, 5, 7, 12, 15, 17 and 18.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
